You will be part of the Finance Operation Department and you will report to the Head of Finance Operations for the Sub division MCS.
Your day-to-day responsibilities include:Prepare and post all accounting entries including tax, pension, payroll, and Intermediation and Treasury.Perform monthly Balance-Sheet Reconciliations.Support preparation of the statutory accounts and statistical reporting required by local authorities.Manage Fixed Assets process.Analyze and document Balance-Sheet positions.Cooperate with other team members and Controlling team for the finalization of the monthly closing reporting.Carry out the assigned WL Group Internal Control activities.Prepare the quarterly closing files for internal controls.Cooperate with the nearshore team and provide support when needed.Provide and review information required for corporate Tax and VAT submissions.Manage tax and VAT related queries with Tax advisors.Skills we can't do without:You have strong analytical and communication skills.You possess sophisticated skills in mathematics, accounting, and finance.You have proficient English skills.Skills we'd like:You possess ethical behaviour.You pay attention to detail.Proficient user of SAP (or other accounting system), Excel (demonstrable prior experience).Ambition to learn and develop a further career in finance.Pro-active and able to demonstrate initiative.Adapts to changing circumstances and takes a positive approach to dealing with change.Takes ownership and follows through on decisions and actions.Confident to speak up, challenge constructively and share her/his views.
