Job DescriptionPosition: Sr Manager - Transformation and Change Lead
Position Purpose: The objective is to achieve a global standard utilizing project management methodologies, standards, and processes that ensure consistent, efficient, and effective delivery of projects. Maintain a continuous improvement mindset while reinforcing a Global Asset Control Process Governance.
Responsibilities: Lead the execution & change management activities of all Asset Control and Audit Process Transformation Initiatives.Design, develop and implement change management strategies and framework.Supervise execution of activities related to organizational change management and end user readiness.Ensure stakeholders are identified, engaged, and supported effectively through transformation.Establish and maintain project management standards.Manage dependencies, risks/issues, and coordinate corrective actions.Create transparency around the transformation initiatives.Provide project portfolio reporting capabilities, tracking overall performance, value capture, and benefits realization.Key Contacts: Regional Teams - Including ELT, CLT & Commercial, Retail and Asset management leadership.Finance Leadership Team - including Regional CFOs, FP&A;, Controllership, Asset Productivity & Control.Central teams within the regions, Master Data, TDM, Asset Control, Asset Management and Audit.IT, Digital & D&A; teams.Transformation Sponsors, Transformation Leads and Initiative Owners.PMO & Change Management Community.
