Mission and Responsibilities:This is a challenging position ideal for people who are passionate about change, who believe in the importance of modernizing the system and thrive when working at pace. Ensure changes are made efficiently, with minimum risk, ideally, facilitate change and be the Responsible of the change manager model.
Define, set up and manage the change management model to be efficient and cross with all the different areas related to the Assisted Channels.Take responsibility for Change and Release Management processes, ensuring minimal disruption or degradation to service during the lifecycle of the change and is managed appropriately.Be responsible for test management (Strategy & execution).Evaluate change requests, identifying, analyzing and documenting potential risks or issues, and apportion actions accordingly.Maintain full auditability of all changes and releases, utilizing the tools available, i.e., Service Now and Solution Manager.Support the implementation of key projects and monitor progress of plans against success criteria.
