We are a socially responsible company and give our customers the ability to invest a portion of their premiums in environmentally and socially beneficial projects.With our comprehensive product offering and underwriting expertise, we are able to cover a wide range of business risks, helping our clients to identify them and minimise their exposure.If you are looking to progress your career within insurance and want to be part of a successful organisation with strong growth ambitions, then read on.Team Assistant to European Executive Committee (M/F)Your new role- Manage Directors agendas following directions/guidelines to ensure best use of time in line with working priorities.- Organize internal and external meetings, book venues and meeting rooms, make arrangements for equipment and catering,and ensure invitations and notes are distributed in a timely fashion to ensure that all background arrangements are in place which will enable meetings to achieve their objectives.- Organize travel itineraries for the Directors, i.E. travel, accommodation and currency arrangements to ensure these are made in line with requirements and company policies.- Prepare and submit expense reports for payment in a timely fashion to ensure these are settled in line with QBE policy.- Assist Directors in dealing with other basic administrative aspects of confidential matters to ensure these are handled sensitively and in line with best practice.- Liaise with other Departments and PAs to ascertain their needs and responding or forwarding the messages or incoming information and communications to the appropriate Director to ensure communication processes are fit for purpose.- Maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure communication processes are effective and to achieve the region objectives: act as a point of reference for others and liaise with other functions/Assistants in a collaborative manner
