You have experience in the complete employee cycle, including recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, compensation and benefits, and training and development.
You have a thorough understanding of HR policies and procedures and are interested in continuous improvement in people development and systems redefinition.
You like people and you want to develop people!About Your Responsibilities:Oversee, make, and refine employee standards, policies, and procedures, using existing HR systems as well as improved or recommended processes.Ensure compliance with national and local labor regulations.Maintain and enhance employee compensation and benefits programs.Conduct recruiting efforts, building strong relationships with external suppliers, fostering trust, and promoting collaboration.Champion the onboarding process by ensuring that it is high-quality and up-to-date, and provide clarity and connection for employees so their roles serve the overall business vision.Identify and recommend improvements to internal procedures, including team restructuring and motivation strategies.Support departments in developing and delivering training activities.Support the management team by developing executive coaching programs, as well as development plans for middle management, and rotation and development for low positions in the company.Plan, monitor, and appraise HR activities by scheduling management conferences, resolving employee grievances, training managers in how to coach and discipline, and counseling employees and leaders.Knowledge and Skills You Need to Have:4 or more years of experience in Human Resources.Experience with HR software.Flexible to work with departments in different time zones.Advanced English level.Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in human resources or related field.Up-to-date knowledge of regulatory issues impacting HR in Spain.About Your Competencies: Self-motivated.
Exceptional communication skills, including writing skills, and interpersonal skills in both English and Spanish.
