Your new role - Key Responsibilities: Participate in industrial automation projects at our clients' facilities.
Implement process control solutions (products and services) for industrial clients.
Migrate/update the installed base of SIMATIC PCS 7 products.
Perform analysis, maintenance, and reporting throughout the lifecycle of SIMATIC PCS 7 / PCS Neo products at client sites.
Virtualize the SIMATIC PCS 7 / PCS Neo process control system: project requirements analysis, architecture design, technical support, etc.
Provide training and technical support to clients on Siemens DCS solutions.
Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals.
Identify opportunities beyond your responsibilities to increase Siemens' presence with the client and improve their satisfaction.
Required Education and Knowledge: Degree in Industrial Engineering, Electronics, Industrial Automation, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
Specific training in SIMATIC PCS 7 is a plus.
Knowledge and experience with Siemens industrial automation systems (SIMATIC PCS 7, TIA Portal, WinCC, etc.).
Knowledge and experience with SIMATIC Batch and F-System.
Training in industrial communication protocols (PROFINET, Profibus PA, Profibus DP, Modbus, OPC DA, OPC UA, IEC61850, AS-i, etc.).
Knowledge of Windows systems and virtualization systems like VMware ESXi.
Valuable knowledge of security solutions and tools: antimalware systems, hardening, patching, user management and policies with Active Directory, backup & restore, etc.
Experience in process industries: pharma, chemical, F&B, paper, mining, oil & gas, etc.
Other Required Skills: High level of English, both spoken and written.
High motivation, commitment, and autonomy to lead projects.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Good customer service skills.
Ability to work in a team.
Availability to travel (more than 50% of the time).
