We are looking for an EDI Supporter to join our team and contribute to our Digitalization journey in BESTSELLER.
YOUR TEAM You will join a close-knit and ambitious team of developers, specialists, and analysts, working with our EDI & Customer Connectivity platform.

YOUR ROLE As a Supporter in our customer connectivity team, you will be focusing on our customers' needs and requirements.
We are a team who are very customer-centric.
You will help our customers integrate into our systems, onboard, and develop our current digital solutions.
You will be working in our EDI platform, where you will be doing daily maintenance and EDI configurations for our partners.
Furthermore, you will be working in our ticket system, where you will handle requests from our customers and markets on a global scale.
