An exciting opportunity has arisen within Airbus Operations, Illescas (Toledo) for a Process Engineer. As part of our dynamic team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving our production processes. The selected candidate will join the Work Preparation department, which provides essential support to production by ensuring process maintenance and optimization. Our team collaborates across multifunctional teams, contributing to the success of projects such as S19 A350, HTP S.A & 330 EFA wing.RESPONSIBILITIES Process Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance existing processes, including the preparation of PPS (Practical Problem Solving), SOIs (Standard Operating Instructions), and balancing for ramp-up.New Media Industrialization: Contribute to the implementation of new manufacturing tools and technologies.Product and Process Improvements: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for products and processes.SKILLS Education: Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering degree or a related discipline.Experience: At least 1 year in Manufacturing or Engineering.Soft Skills: High adaptability to work on new topics, in changing business environments, and in networking situations.
