She/He will be specially focused on:Diversity and Inclusion Responsibilities:Coordinator of the Diversity and Inclusion Commission.Data management: Salary Auditory & Remuneration registration.Equality Plan & Protocols negotiation, publication, and follow-up.Actions to ensure diversity and inclusion awareness and KPIs.Staffing and Recruitment Responsibilities:Recruitment and headcount monitoring and management.Employment Marketing actions coordination.Internships process responsible.Development Responsibilities:Ensure Competence and Learning Priorities established by the business.Training Responsible including definition, look for solutions and deployment.Development focal point for employees.Coordinate and support business in Processes: Potential, Competence Management, Performance & Goals, etc. Change Management and Communication Responsible for HR including the link with Business projects. She/he will be in constant interaction with Airbus CRISA CEO and Board of Directors anticipating the needs and supporting the implementation of HR Policies aligning with Business needs.
