We'll give you all the training, cutting-edge technologies, and the continuing support you'll need to succeed.What you will do in this roleIn everything we do, we believe in doing right by and for people – our clients, their customers, our people, our community, and our planet.As a Trainer/CRM Lead on our team, you will:Prepare and provide trainings on call handling, sales techniques, CRM management etc.Create & update training schedule.Deliver (or facilitate where applicable) trainings for new starters, upskill, product launches and system changes.Provide written feedback of each trainee to the Team Leads after training completion.Collect feedback from trainees 2 weeks after training to discover possible improvement points.Liaise on a regular basis with SV and CRM SME to ensure that training needs are met on the floor.Be the point of contact for all training related matters.
This includes attending all training meetings.Liaise with other departments for any additional training needed.Identify areas of improvement and provide structured and timely recommendations (verbal and/or written).Your qualificationsWe embrace our game-changers with open arms, people from diverse backgrounds, who are curious and willing to learn.
