Your mission: What is more sustainable than investing your ideas, your energy, and your work time in making our little planet a pleasant and welcoming home for the many generations that will follow us?It is not only a job - it is a just cause that will fill you with satisfaction every day.We are constantly moving forward and looking out for a Remote Support Engineer to support our growth in the solar industry.Responsibilities:First-level support of issues.Communicate with customers and provide support for GSP system tickets handling for direct sales products.Perform troubleshooting and incident response on the systems according to FQA and instructions.Escalate the trouble ticket to second line when you cannot solve it.Track issues through to resolution.Implementation for software delivery and upgrades.Work to triage or troubleshoot the issues within defined areas.Your Profile:To feel comfortable with this role, you should have:Education as Electrical Technician or Engineer.Willingness to work on call duty.Experience with Sungrow products is beneficial.Experience dealing with issues and good communication skills.Willingness to travel.English and Spanish proficiency at least C1 level.Driving license is beneficial.H&S training to access construction sites with electrical-specific training is beneficial.Field service work experience is beneficial.Why Us?This decade might be overshadowed by Covid-19, but sooner or later we will beat and overcome that challenge.
