We are looking for a Technical Researcher to join our team.
The primary responsibility of this role will be the support on the implementation of a federated and interoperative clinical data platform (AI) for improved diagnosis of cardiovascular diseases.
Education and qualifications:
Required: Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Physics or related topics.
Desired: Master's Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Medical Imaging, Biomedical Research or related topics.
Fluency in Catalan, Spanish, and English (business level).
Experience and knowledge:
Required:
Experience programming in Matlab and Python.Experience in cardiovascular imaging analysis.Experience in deep learning.Experience in statistical analysis.Desired:
Previous experience in medical research in a clinical research environment.Experience in open software for image segmentation.Motivation for clinical research with advanced imaging.Main responsibilities and duties: Development of codes for advanced imaging analysis and implementation on a clinical data platform.Statistical analysis.Scientific report of results (abstracts, research manuscripts).Maintaining a strict collaboration with researchers and clinicians of the cardiovascular diseases group.Labour conditions:
Full-time position: 40h/week.
Starting date: January 2025.
Gross annual salary: 21,919.25 euros (Remuneration will depend on experience and skills. Salary ranges are consistent with our Collective Agreement pay scale).
Contract: Technical and scientific activities contract linked to the project activities.
