Position: Head of Service Poland Lower Silesia

Contract Type: Full-time

Responsibilities: Achieve service sales targets for maintenance/spare parts sales in the country. Manage the team of service sales managers: set targets and ensure/control implementation. Be the trusted advisor and escalation point of contact for the customer in the course of service contract. Manage the operational service team (service supervisors). Plan and provide (in alliance with HR) headcount resources adequate to customer needs and company budget. Implement corporate innovative projects in service. Ensure appropriate reporting; educate service supervisors, technical staff, and respective office staff. Ensure timely training and attestation of the personnel. Perform regular follow-ups on performance and quality with the country service team. Ensure that OSH standards and legal requirements are met. Requirements: Understanding of specifics of service elevator business. Technical literacy, (practical) knowledge of elevator/escalator technical maintenance. Exceptional customer focus attitude, ability to convey this attitude to the team. Change leader. Fluent English is a must. What We Offer: Possibility of development within an international company.
