We offer a range of products including FX risk management, trade finance, currency accounts, international payments and API integration.Product Owner - Lending Ebury Madrid - 4 days in the office & 1 day working from homeResponsibilities: Collaborate on the product strategy for Lending, focusing on subdomains such as Trade Finance, Fund Finance, and Sport Finance.Manage the end-to-end delivery of new initiatives within Lending, whilst identifying and executing improvements in current features and processes.Stay informed of market, industry, and regulatory trends in lending and Fintech that will guide Ebury's product decisions.Support product commercialisation efforts, including proposition development, business case formulation, stakeholder training, and the creation of marketing collateral.Define, track, and monitor KPIs for product initiatives, making data-driven decisions and actions based on the results.Communicate product performance against KPIs to relevant stakeholders within the organisation.Develop and maintain a deep understanding of stakeholder (internal and external) needs and behaviours to design and deliver successful product outcomes.Collaborate with Technology and other stakeholders to define requirements, epics, and user stories.Maintain an up-to-date understanding of market and regulatory trends in Lending, using this knowledge to inform decisions.Expectations: A strong client focus, making decisions informed by client feedback.Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), enabling clear communication of product needs and requirements to leadership, business, and technical stakeholders.Strong organisational and project management capabilities.Must Haves: A minimum of 3 years of experience in strategy and execution within top-tier environments, either in corporate or startups.At least 3 years in a consulting or investment banking role, or experience in a high-growth fintech or neobank.Successful delivery of solutions in a fast-paced, agile organisation.Exceptional organisational and project management skills.Strong analytical abilities, capable of breaking down complex problems into manageable parts.A history of grit, determination, and resourcefulness, coupled with a strong desire for professional development.Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders without authority.Domain knowledge or a keen interest in Payments, Lending, or FX.Nice to Haves: Experience working in a high-growth or scale-environment.Experience working with expertise across transactional banking, lending, payments and trade finance.About Us Ebury is a FinTech success story, positioned among the fastest-growing international companies in its sector.
