Job Description: Follow-Up of the IPC activities related to H135/H145 within Technical Data. Tech Data analyst is an interface between DO and Customer, analyzing DO data and drawings and selecting spare parts to manage the configuration of these spares in IPC and answer customer about documentation issue or misunderstanding. Follow-Up of the activities related to H135/H145 Technical Data IPC issues. Representation of AHE in international forums, Workshops and Wash up meetings. Experience on: Trigger (ECP/CR/MITB/TN/SB/ASB) analysis, validation and incorporation in the technical documentation, complying with civil specification applicable. Developing, through the technical knowledge of the A/C configuration systems, the necessary capabilities to create customized spare parts lists, according to the Customers´ and AHE requirements. Contribute to the maintenance concept definition and creation, verification and validation (V&V) of the technical documentation. Ensure quality, consistency, completeness and on-time delivery of the technical documentation deliverables related to AHEs designated workshare. In the frame of Tech Data harmonization, workflow between engineering/Tech Data and IPC / Maintenance Manuals, identify gaps between AH / AHD processes and proposes recoveries. Design Office interface (from source data needs definition to the source data collection and analysis to check consistency and completeness). Impact analysis, authoring and verification/validation of technical data products (parts catalogue) in compliance with international standards to enable the accomplishment of safe and efficient aircraft maintenance and operation. Manage completeness and compliance to airworthiness, legal regulations for Part Tech Data. Provide expertise on the documentation specification to IPC authors in order to secure the production to be compliant with design standards (MET, iTDs). Data management of spare parts (including spare Kits) in Windchill (SCDM), A-TOOL and SAP. Follow Up on Subcontractor Issues / Work Packages / Topics, Point of Contact. Reporting work progress and escalation of critical issues for arbitration and follow up and reporting of Key Performance Indicators (KPI). Blocking point analysis and resolution, solving issues that could stop the production. Reporting work progress and escalation of critical issues for arbitration. KEY COMPETENCIES: At least 3 years of technical experience in aeronautical sector. Knowledge of sharecopter platform web, Windchill (SCDM), A-TOOL and SAP. Commercialize technical knowledge/experience is very valuable, especially in H135 and H145 Aircrafts. SCDM - Green Card Level L1, L1+ or L2 will be taken into account. Initiative and Proactivity.
