Job Description:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Civil Design Manager to lead our Road and Utilities team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of strategic leadership, operational management, and team development within the Infrastructure engineering industry, catering outsourcing design projects in Denmark and Nordics region.ResponsibilitiesLeadership and strategy - develop and execute departmental strategies aligned with the company objectives; drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance performance and efficiency; stay abreast of industry trends, markets, and regulatory changes for strategic decision-making.Operational management - oversee day-to-day operations to ensure the smooth functioning of the department; collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and optimize utilization.Team Development - recruit and retain top talent to build a high-performing team, and promote a culture of learning and innovation within the team.Stakeholder Engagement - cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders and clients; serve as a primary point of contact and represent the department and company at events, conferences, and networking forums.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.At least 8 years of experience (Required) in Civil Design Engineering, with 3 years in a leadership role.Proficiency in Civil 3D software.
