Purpose:The City Head is responsible for overseeing and driving the business performance in a key city, which is a critical geographical area for the company's business.
This role involves a higher level of investment and accountability compared to other geographical business areas.
The City Head will coordinate brand activities, direct channels, and off-retail strategies within the overall B2B and B2C strategy.
The role requires managing a complex structure with multiple layers in B2C and personnel to ensure the achievement of business objectives.

Master is a plus.Fluency in Spanish and English.Previous experience in sales - 5-7 years as minimum and at least 2-3 as team supervisor (1st and 2nd layer).Proven experience in a senior management role, preferably in a similar industry.Strong strategic planning and business development skills.Excellent leadership and team management abilities.Effective communication and negotiation skills.Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.Knowledge of B2B and B2C strategies and market dynamics.Knowledge of the local territory.Valid EU work permit and driving license homologated for Spain.
