The Citrus Fibers Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales of citrus fibers products to food and beverage manufacturers, focusing on expanding market share, developing strategic, customer relationships, and delivering exceptional customer support.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ingredients sales with an emphasis on functional fibers, natural ingredients, or clean-label solutions.
Responsibilities Sales Strategy : Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow citrus fibers sales across designated markets.
Business Development : Identify new business opportunities, establish connections with key industry players, and drive the acquisition of new accounts.
Customer Relationship Management : Build and nurture relationships with clients, providing product training, technical support, and exceptional service.
Technical Expertise : Work closely with R&D and technical teams to understand client needs and demonstrate how citrus fibers can meet their formulation requirements.
Market Analysis : Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to inform sales strategies.
Product Promotion : Collaborate with the marketing team to support product promotions, campaigns, and exhibitions to drive brand awareness and market penetration.
Sales Targets : Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Cross-functional Collaboration : Partner with R&D, production, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless and efficient customer experience.
Reporting and Forecasting : Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to senior management.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Business, Marketing, or related field.
Experience : 5+ years of experience in ingredients sales, preferably with a focus on functional ingredients, fibers, or clean-label products.
Previous experience in citrus fibers or natural fibers ingredients is a strong advantage.
Technical Knowledge : Understanding of the applications and functionalities of citrus fibers in food and beverage products.
