Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Remote Recruitment Specialist with 1-2 years of experience to join our team. Key Responsibilities:Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various remote sourcing channels to identify and attract qualified candidates, including online job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks.Candidate Screening: Conduct initial candidate assessments through virtual resume reviews, phone screenings, and video interviews to evaluate qualifications, skills, and fit for client roles.Talent Acquisition: Manage the end-to-end remote recruitment process, from candidate sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and placement, ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and clients.Communication: Communicate effectively with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders via email, phone, and video conferencing to provide updates, gather feedback, and facilitate the recruitment process.Documentation: Maintain accurate candidate and client records in the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.Market Research: Stay informed of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities through online resources and remote networking to provide insights and recommendations to internal teams.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.1-2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within a remote or virtual environment.Fluency in English is a must, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong understanding of remote recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.Ability to work effectively in a remote, virtual environment, managing multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.Proficiency in remote recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is preferred.Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering high-quality remote recruitment solutions and exceeding client expectations.Note: This remote position offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to gain valuable experience in remote recruitment while contributing to our mission of connecting talent with opportunity.
