The duties include both the maintenance of current equipment and network workflows, with the constant goal to find new ways to improve the infrastructure's performance and adapt it to every necessity.
They are also required to manage and supervise the Technical Support team and Logistics team, and be the technological point of contact in the facility for other Deluxe facilities (both national and international).Role and Responsibilities: Maintain and update all equipment in the facility.Upgrade the network to its maximum capacity.Manage cameras and access points in the facility.Provide local helpdesk support to employees.Provide technical support to cinemas in Spain, Portugal, and Italy.Manage logistics for cinema server installation and maintenance.Manage the local Support team.Manage the local Logistics team.Coordinate with the global IT teams and local IT managers from other facilities.Manage the physical and network security of the facility and assist in security audits from clients.Periodical on-call shifts on nights and weekends (approximately one week per month).Provide technical support for live events (both test and production).Key Requirements: Proven experience within a similar IT position.Degree in Computer Science or similar.Knowledge in Linux, Windows, and Mac.Knowledge in Active Directory.Knowledge in Network and Protocols.Fluent in Spanish and English.Diversity Statement: Deluxe is committed to inclusivity, fostering an environment where every employee feels comfortable bringing their full selves to work.
