As a Customer Support Agent, it is your job to take ownership and responsibility for every customer, providing them with the right resolutions for banking-related queries.
You would be a great fit if you have great communication skills, are quick on your feet, and a great team player.
Tasks Answering customer queries of credit card holders.
Providing information on account balances, transaction details, and other issues related to credit card usage.
Give advice and provide your customers with solutions and if needed escalate to the right department.
Maintaining a good relationship with customers.
Keeping track of personal targets.
Requirements You are a dynamic, proactive, and hands-on person.
Great communication skills with a passion for excellent customer service.
Previous experience in customer service is a plus.
Problem solver and team player attitude.
High level of empathy.
Ability to work under pressure.
