Autodesk Education Experiences (AEX) @ Autodesk
Autodesk is on a multi-year journey to converge the worlds of design and make through powerful automations that help anyone, anywhere, to turn their ideas into products, buildings, infrastructure, and media. To get there we are deploying the most advanced capabilities available for design and make, cloud computing, and generative design to solve the world's most perplexing design, manufacturing, construction, and entertainment challenges.
Ensuring the next generation of professionals are prepared to use new manufacturing and construction techniques is a top priority for Autodesk and its customers. To help ensure this happens, Autodesk provides open access to its professional tools and supporting content and certifications for students, educators, and academic institutions around the world. We want to prepare the next generation for jobs of the future and shape the future of how the world is designed and made.
Position Overview
Are you passionate about impacting the next generation workforce? Do you love to think outside the box and create programs that drive engagement? Do you have a keen sense of what it takes to create new business models? If so, we want to hear from you! In this role, you will be responsible for translating the strategy into actionable and profitable programs that can be run by our Autodesk Learning Partners (ALPs). You will report to the Director, Global Autodesk Learning Partner Programs.
Our ALPs are experts in both Autodesk Products and the pedagogical methods required to deliver excellent training experiences and they are a key resource for Autodesk Education (AEX) to execute our strategy at a global scale. Building programs that meet the needs of academia, align with the skills of our ALPs, and drive AEX strategy is the main objective of this role. This role will need to work with a diverse set of stakeholders both inside and outside Autodesk to develop, execute, and manage programs with a unique funding model.
Ultimately, your work ensures that students are equipped with the requisite skills to succeed in industry today and for jobs of the future and helps our ALPs find new revenue opportunities to build stronger, more resilient businesses. We work in a hybrid work environment.
