Responsibilities: Pray, research, and help a team prepare for church planting work in the area around Santiago de Compostela, a hub for pilgrims doing the Camino way.Visit villages and contact existing churches, obtaining background information from city halls, newspaper offices, and libraries.Help the team strategically place church planting teams, then join us and move into the area.Investigate opportunities for specific WEC ministries, such as evangelising students or pilgrims passing through the area.Requirements: You are a pro-active investigator who likes to take initiative and network on many levels.You speak reasonable Spanish (Level B1), and you can take classes to improve fluency.Able to compile comprehensive practical written reports.
