We are seeking an innovative Chief Technology Officer to lead the development of our cutting-edge Web3 social platform trusted by over 1,400 creators, with a combined following exceeding 28 million. As a key member of our team, you'll help shape the future of creator empowerment and decentralized advertising in the Web3 space. Expect this position to be hands-on with a lot of responsibilities to manage and shape the entire tech team according to our architecture requirements.
Key ResponsibilitiesArchitect and implement complex solutions for our upcoming Creators Marketplace.Lead and inspire the development of our gamified peer-to-peer ad platform, integrating on-chain and off-chain data.Ensure seamless integration of Web3 functionalities.Optimize application performance and responsiveness for a seamless user experience.Implement cross-platform compatibility, focusing on web and mobile interfaces.Develop and maintain coding standards aligned with Web3 and best practices.Develop tests infrastructure for specific use cases, including e2e tests and integrations tests.Manage and lead the team of FE, BE devs, SDET engineers.Mentor junior developers in web3 and decentralized application (dApp) development.Stay current with emerging Web3 technologies, DeFi trends, and SocialFi innovations.Required SkillsProven experience as a startup CTO and a team leader.Expert-level proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS, Typescript, React, Next JS.Expert level proficiency building Node JS based backend: Express, Nest JS.Experience with state management in complex Web3 & Web2 applications (required: tanstack/react-query and zustand).Experience with building complex infrastructure for platforms with architectural thinking-based solutions.Experience with building of cloud-based infrastructure.Previous experience in developing production-level frontend and backend solutions.Experience with building of suit test cases with Jest, Mocha, etc.Experience with integrating on-chain and off-chain data in user interfaces.Knowledge of (formerly Twitter) API integration for social data analysis.Experience with Web3 libraries and tools (e.g., ethers.js, web3.js, wagmi, Meta Mask integration).What we offer:Competitive compensation based on skills and experience.100% remote, full-time position.
