Responsibilities:Lead the development and execution of our technology strategy aligned with the new proposition.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative tech solutions.Guide the integration of AI, automation, and data analytics into customer service operations.Work directly with customers to understand their needs and develop customized tech solutions.Oversee the development of a robust tech infrastructure to support scalable growth.Drive continuous improvement by staying updated on the latest tech trends and advancements.Lead and mentor a tech team, fostering innovation and skill development.Provide hands-on support to customers during technology implementation and optimization.Collaborate with product managers, data analysts, and customer service consultants to ensure tech solutions meet customer needs.Ensure data security, privacy, and compliance in all tech implementations.Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience in leading tech-driven transformations, ideally within customer service or CX.Strong background in AI, automation, and data analytics.Hands-on experience in software development, ideally in customer service tooling.Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and drive a tech team.Strategic mindset coupled with a passion for hands-on implementation.Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and customers.Familiarity with data protection regulations is a plus.
