BFlow offers a position of Chief Scientific Officer in the company.
This position is a unique opportunity to add value to the growing field of biotechnology in Galicia ( https : / / www.galiciabio.tech / ).
RESPONSABILITIES : Design and develop biological validation of Organ-on-a-chip systems to mimic the human physiological conditions.
Coordinate the external biological validation of drugs with CROs and pharmaceutical companies.
Coordinate both Design and manufacturing and Biological validation and product departments.
Business development.
Requirements : Mandatory requirements Interest in the field of bioengineering and biotechnology.
Experience working with organ-on-a-chip technology.
Fluent communication in English.
Ability to lead a team, creativity, strategic thinking and initiative.
PhD in Biology, Biomedicine, Biotechnology, Biochemistry or similar.
Valuable requirements Business development experience.
Previous experience managing teams.
Previous experience in competitive grant applications.
Previous RD experience.
