About this role As the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) you will be a key executive responsible for overseeing all revenue-generating activities within the organization. Your primary focus will be to maximize company revenue through effective sales, marketing and customer management strategies. You will play a crucial role in driving business growth and ensuring alignement between revenue generation efforts and overall company objectives. You will partner with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, product and finance teams to align goals, measure results, and course correct when needed. You will also be instrumental in implementing workflow/automation to reduce the administrative burden for various departments across the organization. You will be working with a highly engaged team that values employee input, management transparency, and a culture of collaboration.You will Develop an execute revenue generation strategies to achieve business growth objectives.Oversee sales and marketing teams to ensure alignement with revenue goals.Implement effective customer management practices to maximize customer value and retention.Analyze key performance metrics and leverage data insights to optimize revenue strategies.Collaborate cross-functionally with executive leadership to drive strategic alignement across the organization.Drive innovation and continuous improvement in revenue generation processes and practices.Provide vetted management dashboards / reporting for key internal stakeholders to be used for Forecasting, Pipeline Reviews, etc.Design, assign, and refine sales segmentation and establishing territory recommendations, account ownership rules, and scalable quota-setting methodologies.Own the forecasting processes across channels and optimize programs, processes, and tool-based workflows for the Sales team to enhance GTM effectiveness, productivity, and efficiency; find ways for automation to increase data efficacy.Strong commercial awareness and ability to understand concepts across sales, marketing, and product and how these disciplines affect and impact the needs of the business when growing revenue.Work towards making Salesforce a reliable single source of truth for revenue and pipeline data.Lead the development and implementation of pricing strategies to optimize revenue and profitability.Drive strategic partnerships and alliances to expand market reach and revenue opportunities.Continuously assess market trends and competitive dynamics to identify growth opportunities and market positioning strategies.Participate in the design and implementation of our internationalitation strategy. Specifically, you will be focused on consolidating existing markets and developing additional market expansion.Develop and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and measure the effectiveness of revenue-generating initiatives.Foster a culture of accountability and performance excellence within the revenue organization.Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies to enhance revenue generation capabilities.Languages Spanish native and fluent in EnglishWhat We Are Looking For Proven experience and success in sales and marketing leadership roles, with +3 years as a Chief Revenue Operations experience in a B2B / SaaS / Technology environment.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.Strong proficiency in GTM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Dashboards, Process Builders, Automations, Object Management).Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate and lead cross-functional teams, with the proven ability to translate data into actionable insightsStrategic vision and the ability to develop and execute revenue generation strategies aligned with business objectivesExcellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.Customer-centric mindset with a focus on enhancing customer experience and driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.Marketing oriented.
