You will have the opportunity to shape the future of security through the strategic development of AI-powered products and solutions. We are seeking a highly motivated individual who can transform our vision into a roadmap and execute on it effectively.WHAT WILL YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES BE:Product Strategy - Develop and drive the product strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's mission and values.Team Leadership - Lead, mentor, and grow a talented team of product managers and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.Product Development - Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, and ensure products are delivered on time and within budget.Market Analysis - Stay current with market trends, emerging technologies, and customer needs to inform product decisions.Cross-functional Collaboration - Collaborate with sales, marketing, engineering, and other teams to ensure successful product launches and market penetration.REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).Proven experience as a CPO or in a senior product management role.Strong background in AI, machine learning, or security technology.Exceptional leadership and team-building skills.Strategic thinking and the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Results-oriented and a problem-solving mindset.
