Chief Product Officer (Cpo)

AnyTech365 is recruiting for its office in Marbella and Torremolinos a Chief Product Officer (CPO) , to become a key member of our leadership team. You will have the opportunity to shape the future of security through the strategic development of AI-powered products and solutions. We are seeking a highly motivated individual who can transform our vision into a roadmap and execute on it effectively.
WHAT WILL YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES BE:
Product Strategy - Develop and drive the product strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's mission and values.
Team Leadership - Lead, mentor, and grow a talented team of product managers and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Product Development - Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, and ensure products are delivered on time and within budget.
Market Analysis - Stay current with market trends, emerging technologies, and customer needs to inform product decisions.
Cross-functional Collaboration - Collaborate with sales, marketing, engineering, and other teams to ensure successful product launches and market penetration.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
Proven experience as a CPO or in a senior product management role.
Strong background in AI, machine learning, or security technology.
Exceptional leadership and team-building skills.
Strategic thinking and the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Results-oriented and a problem-solving mindset.
