Your commitment will lead the way for Gamium's growth, ensuring that our workflows are efficient, our product offerings are top-tier, and our team is continually inspired to push the boundaries of what's possible in the tech startup arena.Key AccountabilitiesStrategic Planning Execution:Design and implement strategic plans aligned with company goals.Monitor and evaluate performance, taking decisive actions towards objectives.Identify growth opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.Operations Management:Lead day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth processes.Assess and enhance operational efficiency continuously.Develop and maintain a crisis management plan.Talent Management Culture Building:Contribute to talent strategy, focusing on recruitment, retention, training.Foster a positive, inclusive culture promoting innovation and accountability.Implement policies for a collaborative and innovative environment.Collaborate with Finance for optimized financial strategies.Work closely with Tech and Product departments for product enhancement.Facilitate seamless communication among cross-functional departments.Compliance Legal Management:Manage legal compliance and secure data handling.Lead internal audits and reviews, addressing gaps promptly.Risk Management and Policy:Collaborate on a robust risk assessment framework.Develop and communicate information security policies aligned with ISO 27001.External Relations Partnerships:Manage relationships with vendors and service providers.Implement a vendor assessment process for security practices.Your profile:Experience5+ years in tech-oriented operational roles, with 10+ years in senior leadership.Demonstrable experience in leading operations for tech products, preferably in the digital identity or metaverse domains.Experience developing and implementing strategic plans that align with business goals and objectives.Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to recruit, retain, and develop top talent.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments and teams.Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations related to operations, finance, and talent management.Hard SkillsProficiency with various project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and tools (e.g., Trello, Jira).Comprehensive knowledge of software development life cycles, including agile and waterfall methodologies, and an understanding of modern development tools and practices.Deep insight into customer journey mapping, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and customer-centric strategic planning.Ability to analyze complex datasets, derive insights, and use business intelligence tools for informed decision-making.Familiarity with the iterative process of tech product development, from ideation to launch, especially in the digital identity and metaverse domains.Proficiency with operations-specific software platforms, such as ERP systems or operations analytics tools.Comprehensive understanding of the technical and business aspects of the metaverse and digital identity domains.Soft SkillsExceptional listening skills combined with the ability to collaborate effectively across various departments and teams.Strong aptitude for critical thinking, swiftly identifying issues and generating solutions.Capability to navigate a dynamic, fast-paced environment, and adjust to shifting priorities while maintaining a clear focus.A results-driven mindset with a keen focus on achieving both short-term tasks and long-term business objectives.Possesses a high EQ, understanding and managing own emotions while also being sensitive to those of colleagues and partners.
