Works closely with the CEO and other senior leadership to develop and implement strategies to optimize processes, drive profitability, and ensure seamless execution of the company's strategic goals.Responsibilities:Strategy & Planning:Develop and implement operational plans to achieve business goals.Perform data analysis and identify areas for operational improvement.Partner with senior leadership to define and prioritize business strategies.Operations Management:Oversee and optimize daily operations through KPIs and dashboards.Manage and coordinate production processes, defining pathways leading to efficiency.Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and consistency in performance.Implement continuous improvement initiatives and discuss them with the senior management regularly.IT and Innovation:Ensure the effective implementation and utilization of technology systems. Special focus on evaluation of threats such as fraud and other loss sources. Define plans and implement procedures for appropriate mitigation of these.Develop and implement contingency and disaster recovery plans. Evaluate scenarios, measure business impacts and create action plans. Perform regular tests to check its feasibility and negotiate alternative solutions to operate in case of disruption
