YOUR MISSION: Your main mission is to help us reach the next level of 20M in sales while having very high levels of customer and team satisfaction. So structuring the company so that it grows without our CEO: creating an A Players team, installing a culture of performance and execution, putting the right systems in place, and overseeing all HR, finance, legal, marketing, and office management operations.This is a full-time position from our beautiful offices in Dubai or soon Barcelona or in remote anywhere in the world.
