YOUR MISSIONThe mission of the Chief Operating Officer (COO) is to turn the company's vision into effective, actionable operational strategy that drives business growth and operational excellence across all areas of the organization. The COO will spearhead business origination, particularly through on-site ticket sales and B2B sales channels.

"Live your legend" - You strive to reach your full potential at IKONO.YOU BRING7+ years of experience in the retail, hospitality, restaurant, or entertainment industries in a fast-paced/growing startup/scaleup environment.3 years of experience with Regional Operations responsibility, reporting to COO or CEO.You have led a minimum of 10 spaces and have played a leading role in new openings.Experience in growing business: Planning workforce needs (people), systems and logistic needs, and being able to translate strategy into actionable plans.Languages: Native or bilingual proficiency in English is required.
