We are looking for an experienced Chief Operating Officer who will co-lead the company in the next phase of operational development and scale-up.

Accountability Execution of and contribution to Green Eagle's business strategy, in close cooperation with the CEO/founder.Hire and develop an A-team of smart and enthusiastic professionals who can support the company's rapid growth.Inspire the internal team and external stakeholders with clear and effective communication that generates motivation and excitement about the company's future success.This key role will create significant value for shareholders, and will be an active member of the board.Key Responsibilities Full executive responsibility: co-lead and develop the company based on a strong shared vision with the CEO/founder.Optimize the business model and positioning of the company to improve product-market fit and scalability of the business model.Iterate the business strategy and operating plan while ensuring effective day-to-day management of the company and a motivated team.Where appropriate, you will be personally involved in negotiating and closing strategic contracts with customers & partners.Assess organizational skills, prioritizing hires vital to each stage of the company's growth.Gain acceptance as a high-caliber leader who can contribute significantly to the success of the business.Requirements Experience Renewable energy is the key market for Green Eagle: a strong network here would be beneficial but is not mandatory.Has achieved high growth, rapid scale-up, driving companies to become a significant player in an international market.Has experience in structuring and closing complex high-value deals. Ideally, has negotiated alliances and international partnerships.Has proven competence in strategic business analysis and product positioning, with a history of launching new products for international clients.Experience in venture-backed companies, with exposure to fundraising and exit transactions.Interpersonal Skills and Personal Attributes Relevant academic background.Excellent management, communication, and people skills at all levels.History of building major client relationships and with strong powers of persuasion.A leader with a hands-on, "roll-up your sleeves" approach to the role.Tenacious and achievement oriented.Ability to look at the big picture whilst dealing with operational issues.Willingness to travel extensively, as needed.Benefits Why work at Green Eagle?
