Chief Officer

Our client is looking for an experienced 1st Mate/Officer to join a 50M commercial sailing yacht. This is a temporary position until end of October, but open to become permanent if both parties are happy.The ideal candidate will be confident in their role, organized, a good team player with a friendly, outgoing personality.TasksLead the deck department and manage bridge activities.Ensure the yacht's operations are running smoothly and efficiently.Perform watchkeeping duties with diligence.Maintain a professional appearance.Uphold safety and security protocols.Navigate effectively and responsibly.RequirementsMinimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role on yachts.Good watchkeeping abilities.Proven knowledge of ISM/ISPS protocols.Professional appearance with no visible tattoos.Fluent in English.
