Chief Officer C-703

Our client is looking for an experienced 1st Mate / Officer to join a 50M commercial sailing yacht. This is a temporary position until end of October, but open to become permanent if both parties are happy.The ideal candidate will be confident in their role, organized, a good team player with a friendly, outgoing personality.Tasks- Lead the deck department and manage bridge activities.- Ensure the yacht's operations are running smoothly and efficiently.- Perform watchkeeping duties with diligence.- Maintain a professional appearance.- Uphold safety and security protocols.- Navigate effectively and responsibly.Requirements- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role on yachts.- Good watchkeeping abilities.- Proven knowledge of ISM / ISPS protocols.- Professional appearance with no visible tattoos.- Fluent in English.
