Chief Officer - 50M

Our client is looking for an experienced 1st Mate/Officer to join a team of 9 crew on a private motor yacht based in Palma. The ideal candidate will be confident in their role, organized, a good team player with a friendly, outgoing personality. Tasks Lead the deck department and manage bridge activities. Ensure the yacht's operations are running smoothly and efficiently. Perform watchkeeping duties with diligence. Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor. Uphold safety and security protocols with a strong knowledge of ISM/ISPS standards. Navigate effectively and responsibly. Requirements Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role on yachts. Good watchkeeping abilities. Proven knowledge of ISM/ISPS protocols. Professional appearance with no visible tattoos. Fluent in English. Qualifications: commercially endorsed Yacht Master, fully updated STCW with PSA/PDSD, valid Seafarer's Medical Certificate, and Seaman's Discharge Book.
