Key Responsibilities Strategic Marketing and Branding Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing and branding strategy that promotes Globeducate's values, educational approach, and unique offerings across global markets. Oversee brand positioning, ensuring consistent messaging and high visibility across all digital, print, and event channels. Lead global campaigns and initiatives to increase brand awareness and differentiate Globeducate within the competitive landscape of international education. Admissions and Enrolment Develop and implement strategies to drive student enrolment across Globeducate schools, focusing on target markets and aligning with growth objectives. Collaborate with admissions teams across schools to optimise the admissions process, improve lead conversion, and ensure a seamless experience for prospective families. Monitor enrolment metrics, market trends, and customer insights to proactively address enrolment challenges and opportunities. Digital Marketing and Content Strategy Lead digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and website management, to attract and engage prospective families. Create and oversee content strategy that highlights success stories, key educational programs, events, and partnerships, showcasing Globeducate's commitment to excellence. Track and analyse digital marketing performance, ensuring ROI on all initiatives and adapting strategies based on data.
