Collection, analysis and interpretation of data to understand the behaviour of our customers, measure the performance of marketing strategies and make data-driven decisions.
Develop and execute product marketing strategies to ensure Enso's offering meets the needs and wants of the target market, both physically and digitally, and improves the user experience.
Manage and strengthen the Enso brand identity through brand marketing strategies, including positioning, brand image management and company reputation.
Collaborate with influencers and opinion leaders on social media to promote Enso products and services and reach specific audiences effectively.
Drive marketing strategy focused on customer experience to improve customer satisfaction and build brand loyalty throughout the customer lifecycle.
Plan, organise and promote strategic events to promote Enso's brand, products and services, creating memorable experiences for customers and prospects.
Oversee the creation and distribution of engaging and relevant audiovisual content, such as videos, infographics and presentations, to captivate audiences and strengthen Enso's presence in the market.
RequirementsDemonstrated experience as a CMO or in a marketing leadership role.
In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies, branding, advertising, public relations and corporate communications.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and marketing metrics.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Results orientation and ability to work in a dynamic and rapidly growing environment.
