This role will lead the marketing team in creating and delivering go-to-market strategies, campaigns, and programs that drive demand, enhance partner enablement, and support our revenue goals across markets and partner segments. The CMO will work closely with Revenue, Sales, Partner Success, and Product teams to align marketing initiatives with broader business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy and Leadership:- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company's growth objectives across key markets (Spain, Portugal, France, and future expansions) and partner segments and sizes.- Lead the marketing team in designing campaigns that attract new partners, enable existing partners, and drive brand awareness across all target regions.- Establish a clear brand identity and messaging framework that resonates with partners, end clients, and stakeholders across markets.Demand Generation and Partner Marketing:- Oversee the creation of demand generation programs and digital marketing campaigns that attract, engage, and convert new partners and drive partner-led sales.- Design and execute co-marketing programs with partners to drive end-client acquisition, including joint campaigns, webinars, events, and content marketing.- Develop and manage marketing funnels, optimizing conversion at each stage from lead generation to partner activation and growth
