As the Chief Marketing Officer, you will spearhead the development and execution of our Marketing and Business growth strategy while leading and developing a high-caliber team of senior marketing experts.**What You'll Do**:- Managing the marketing team and budget- Defining the medium and long-term marketing strategy- Assisting in scaling the company's sales: generating leads, improving retention, creating marketing collateral, designing and implementing marketing plans for products and services- Promoting our brand and products in international markets- Managing the organization's public image and reputation- Using data and insights to make informed decisions and optimize marketing strategies**Experience and Skills**:- At least 10 years directing high-performing Marketing teams in dynamic, fast-paced and agile environments.- Proven expertise in successfully leading organizational scale-up initiatives.- Showcase mastery in Digital Marketing, Leadgen, SEO, and expert handling of marketing software (Salesforce, Pardot, Hubspot ).- Innovative with a creative mindset,consistently delivering groundbreaking marketing actions that set industry benchmarks.- Capability to work in a results and clients oriented business with strong communication, teamwork and adaptability skills.- Exhibit an unwavering commitment to staying ahead of the curve by keeping abreast of the latest trends and best practices within the ever-evolving SaaS landscape.- Working proficiency in Spanish and English.
