Our client is seeking an experienced and ambitious Chief Marketing Officer to join their dynamic team and participate in key decisions as a member of the executive management team. Description: Build performance-driven marketing strategies and help implement them across the KiloHealth Product portfolio. You will be overseeing a full Kilo Health portfolio with 30+ different brands and will have to work closely with the product CMOs, who are responsible for the day-to-day results of their brands. Communicate with other departments and Kilo Health products to make sure that your initiatives are understood and smoothly integrated into company projects and marketing plans. Work closely with the Kilo Health Management Board and be ready to prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports to track results and progress. Be responsible for Business development and idea generation led by market research to stay ahead of trends. Plan and organize marketing opportunities, channels, and initiatives that could become new revenue streams. Develop feasible roadmaps and oversee their day-to-day implementation. Take ownership and build the best-performance marketing teams in our organization. Implement testing processes to ensure that new initiatives have clear KPIs. Requirements: Have 4-6 years of proven experience as a Growth Hacker, CMO, Marketing Manager/Director, or other similar roles. Demonstrable experience in scaling performance-driven marketing strategies. Be able to oversee the full life-cycle of new marketing initiatives and drive them to a successful conclusion. Have experience in managing teams, setting goals, priorities, and aligning initiatives across the business unit. Have outstanding communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal abilities. Oversee day-to-day marketing operations and troubleshoot any outstanding issues. Know a thing or two about digital marketing. Understand data analysis methods. Be a leader with both creative and analytical capabilities. Salary: Gross salary range is 8,000-12,000 EUR/month. Sign-in bonus/relocation bonus: up to 100,000 EUR/month.
