As the Chief Marketing Officer, you will spearhead the development and execution of our Marketing and Business growth strategy while leading and developing a high-caliber team of senior marketing experts.What You'll Do :Managing the marketing team and budgetDefining the medium and long-term marketing strategyAssisting in scaling the company's sales: generating leads, improving retention, creating marketing collateral, designing and implementing marketing plans for products and servicesPromoting our brand and products in international marketsManaging the organization's public image and reputationUsing data and insights to make informed decisions and optimize marketing strategiesExperience and Skills :At least 10 years directing high-performing Marketing teams in dynamic, fast-paced and agile environments.Proven expertise in successfully leading organizational scale-up initiatives.Showcase mastery in Digital Marketing, Leadgen, SEO, and expert handling of marketing software (Salesforce, Pardot, Hubspot).Innovative with a creative mindset, consistently delivering groundbreaking marketing actions that set industry benchmarks.Capability to work in a results and client-oriented business with strong communication, teamwork and adaptability skills.Exhibit an unwavering commitment to staying ahead of the curve by keeping abreast of the latest trends and best practices within the ever-evolving SaaS landscape.Working proficiency in Spanish and English.
