WHAT YOU WILL BE DOINGThe CISO for PagoNxt is responsible for the coordination of all cyber risk management activities in PagoNxt and its subsidiaries.
Responsibilities include:
Tasks and ResponsibilitiesLead the Organization:Set and supervise correct implementation for PagoNxt cyber security strategy in line with Santander Group's Cyber Security Corporate Framework.Lead the information security function across PagoNxt to ensure consistent and high-quality information security management.Ensure alignment of objectives and priorities for PagoNxt subsidiaries' CISOs.Oversee the budget for the information security function, monitoring and reporting.Implement the Strategy:Implement the information security vision and strategy aligned to organizational priorities.Support and enable adoption of Santander global defenses across PagoNxt.Implement and oversee a comprehensive information security program.Work with business units to facilitate information security risk assessment processes.Build the Network and Communicate the Vision:Create necessary internal networks among the information security team and line-of-business executives.Operate the Function:Drive implementation of Santander Group´s cyber security minimum requirements.Implement a risk-based process for information security risk assessment.Facilitate processes for information security risk and regulatory assessments.Manage and coordinate information security incidents and events.Establish Governance and Build Knowledge:Set up a CISO governance model for oversight of subsidiaries' CISOs.Provide regular reporting on the current status of the information security program.Develop and coordinate implementation of security policies.RequirementsEducation, Training and Previous Experience:Experience in senior leadership roles in risk management or information security.Degree in business administration or a technology-related field.Technical and Business Experience:Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements regarding Cybersecurity.Understanding of information security management frameworks.Knowledge and Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to lead and motivate teams.Strong analytical skills and project management skills.Personal CharacteristicsHigh level of personal integrity and judgment.Strong problem-solving skills.Self-motivated with a sense of urgency.OTHER INFORMATION
