Mission and responsibilities: As a pivotal member of our team, you will spearhead the management and coordination of technology within our Bank. Establishing long-term strategies, vision and business goals for the IT unit and facilitating the implementation of latest technologies, methodologies, and best practices. You will manage all IT-related risks as well as the tactical and strategic planning of the different actions and plans to be executed within the department. Your mission will be to establish and drive the IT plan, vision and culture to support and advance business goals, always from a business-oriented mindset, setting an example for the rest of the group through its commitment, inclusion and capacity to manage and adapt to change. We need someone like you to help us in different fronts: - Turn technology into a differentiating business driver Actively co-design the business strategy with front office colleagues, ensuring technology aligns with and propels business objectives.
