You will lead the IT department, ensuring the alignment of technology initiatives with our business goals, and driving digital transformation to enhance our competitive edge.Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement IT strategies that support the company's business objectives. Oversee the IT department, managing resources, budgets, and performance. Ensure the security, integrity, and availability of our IT infrastructure. Lead digital transformation projects, including the adoption of new technologies. Manage relationships with external vendors and partners. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is preferred. Proven experience as a CIO or similar senior IT leadership role in a multinational organization. Strong knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and emerging technologies. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
