Job Description:

- Location: Fully remote, EU timezone (CET + / - 2 hours)
- Languages: Fluent English
- Our Client: Cloud Computing / Blockchain / AI - European SaaS

Prerequisites:

- Responsibility for financial strategy in a European and international development framework.
- Daily interaction with teams and partners internationally.
- Contribution to the company's expansion into new financial markets.
- Over 10 years of experience in high-level financial roles, preferably in the FinTech sector, start-ups, SMEs, or mid-sized companies.

Responsibilities:

- Construction and supervision of the annual budget in collaboration with international teams.
- Proactive management of cash flow, financing, and investments on a global scale.
- Continuous improvement of internal controls, focusing on compliance with international financial regulations.
- Leadership in financial and non-financial communication with a diverse network of international investors and partners.
- Financial oversight of international development projects, including product launches and geographical expansion.

Required Skills:

- Proven expertise in strategic financial management of a high-growth company, ideally in the FinTech sector.
- Deep understanding of international financial issues.
- Experience in mergers and acquisitions is particularly valued.
- Ability to influence and communicate effectively in a multicultural environment.
