Member of the leadership team and reporting to the CEO, this role is a strategic advisor for President and CEO, as well as a thoughtful partner for business leaders.Main ResponsibilitiesLead the company's strategic financial planning. Direct the annual budget plan, in close partnership with functional leaders and the Executive Committee, and regular tracking and forecasting with the different departments of the company.Lead a team of functional experts across the finance scope, to ensure appropriate business planning and accurate controlling and accounting.Define and track strategic KPIs of the company (margins, pricing, business development, etc.) Analyze financial performance in order to make correct decisions to guarantee compliance with the company's goals.Develop and implement accounting policies and financial processes that optimize company management.Prepare business managerial reporting (Profit & Loss, balance sheet, cash flows, ...) on a monthly basis, that is timely, accurate, and usable by the business in assessing its financial and economic performance.Monitor the cash flow into and out of the organization, and calculate the working capital and cash flow projection of the company, on a monthly basis.Supervise the audit, taxes and other fiscal matters of the organization, being in contact with external advisory companies.Manage the organization's financial information through financial reports, both internal and those established by legal regulations. Organize information and statements for audits and both internal and external auditors.Analyze, recommend and implement necessary improvements across the finance landscape of the business to ensure integrity and consistency of financial data.
