The CFO is responsible for leading the financial strategy and planning, while also taking charge of scaling core operational functions, including contracts, logistics, and supply chain management. Your primary responsibility will be to strategize, implement, and monitor business processes to ensure financial stability, sustainable growth, maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations, and oversee selected operational functions. The ideal candidate has the technical acumen to lead the financial operations of a growing tech business, can communicate effectively with internal teams, shareholders, and potential investors, has excellent time management abilities, and can drive operations effectively. What You'll Do Be accountable for all financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and human resources. Lead the development of financial strategies that align with company growth objectives. Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with all regulatory requirements. Manage cash flow, treasury functions, and financial risk management. Lead fundraising initiatives and investor relations, providing financial insights to stakeholders. Develop financial KPIs and performance metrics, providing executive-level reporting. Operational Leadership Lead supplier contracts and negotiations, ensuring cost-effective and reliable sourcing. Drive strategic decisions regarding product pricing, capital investment, and resource allocation. Oversee logistics and supply chain management for both hardware and software development. Manage relationships with vendors, partners, and key service providers. Drive operational efficiencies, optimizing processes across finance, procurement, and logistics. Corporate Governance: Collaborate with the CEO and leadership team on company strategy, providing financial and operational insights. Ensure that the company adheres to sound corporate governance practices, including risk management, compliance, and reporting. Build and lead the finance team as the company grows.
