We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team.
This role is pivotal in leading our financial strategy, managing investment rounds, and driving financial growth and sustainability.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in finance, fundraising, and strategic planning within the wellness or consumer goods sectors.Key Responsibilities:Financial Strategy: Develop and implement the financial strategy to support Pure Kaktai's long-term growth objectives.Investment Rounds: Lead and manage investment rounds, including preparation, presentation, and negotiation with potential investors.Financial Planning and Analysis: Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to inform strategic decision-making.Risk Management: Identify and manage financial risks, ensuring the company's financial stability and compliance with regulations.Financial Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, providing insights and recommendations to the executive team and board of directors.Investor Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, providing regular updates and managing investor communications.Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage the company's cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for operations and growth initiatives.Team Leadership: Lead and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.RequirementsExperience: Minimum of 10 years' experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Experience in fundraising and investment management is essential.Industry Knowledge: Proven experience in the consumer goods, or related sectors.Skills: Strong analytical, strategic planning, and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
An MBA or CPA qualification is preferred.Attributes: High integrity, results-driven, and a proactive problem solver.
